I missed this! A hot sandwich is one of my favorite things to eat, and that favorite hot sandwich is called an Albuquerque Turkey - turkey, cheese, green chile and your choice of spread to help with the grilling of the bread. Then, once done with grilling the sandwich, add the greens, tomato, onion and avacado.

I used to eat these weekly and would hunt for sandwich shops to try different hot sandwiches!
