I stood in the sun all day slinging tacos and hot Cuban style sammiches, in front of a screaming hot Hestan gasser, came home and jumped into the pool and have consumed several fuzzy waters since.
Strangely, I understood all of the comments and enjoyed them.

I think IowaGirl crystallized my problem.
"1 oz by VOLUME is not necessarily 1 oz by weight, however, and thus it is also not necessarily 28.35 g."
This is something I didn't know. I very much thought one ounce of water would be 28.35g. Not a huge difference, but feeling like I have a good general awareness of cooking I thought I'd bring it up here. I was not disappointed with all there great feedback, I even got some inspiration to drink a 40oz. I don't think I've done that in 20 years, but maybe I'll find one for next weekend. Cheers!
