I would go for burnt ends with Rice-A-Roni.

Dungeness crab on the wharf in SF is a big thing. And that is what we will be eating on Superbowl Sunday. But this is what we eat every Superbowl Sunday...... appetizer of fresh salsa and chips, followed by steamers, then cold Dungeness crab served with mayo and all the cold beer you can drink. A Family tradition.

I think I will have another prosciutto and arugula pizza on SB day.

Taking wings and moink balls to a potluck Super Bowl gathering. Some with Stubbs Original, some with Head Country Apple Habanero. boring I know, but it’s that kind of crowd.🙄🤣 I don’t have a dog in this hunt, never do.

KC is a no-brainer. As for SF, a whole smoked pinniped ought to do the trick.

How about KC pulled pork sandwiches on sour dough?

My Super Bowl menu is an impromptu potluck at the local brewery. No team based theme. The brewery is usually slow during the game: everyone is home or at a friend's house grilling and drinking. Me and some others decided to bring food to share with each other to the brewery and word began to spread. Now the brewery owner and lots of friends will be there for the game, all contributing to the food pile.

I'm bringing smoked homemade Louisiana boudin, smoked boudin dip, Korean shortrib tacos, and I'll be grilling Thai chicken out back. Lots of prep work today and tomorrow.

All the people coming over for the Super Bowl bailed. So I am going to scrap my original plans and just go with some wings and homemade potato chips.

My plan is a rack of ribs, a couple flavors of brats, and shrimp jalapeno poppers. My girlfriend is making buffalo cauliflower bites, and stuffed mini sweet peppers.

crab & lobster cioppino IN A SOUR DOUGH BOWL, (Duh)… and KC-style ribs, not burnt ends...

I've got Anchor Steams for part of the day, and Boulevard bourbon-cask bottle-conditioned ale to celebrate tonight when KC wins.

Make no mistake - the LOU is excited too!

I also smoked wings with pecan wood! Tossed in buffalo sauce. Making some nachos at half time with some leftover rib meat.
