I’m feeding about 50 people at my house on Friday. The obvious choice for a crowd is pulled pork. What other options that are budget friendly you guys suggest? Preferably something that cooks at the same temp as pork.

Like you said, pulled pork is the obvious choice, especially if you want to keep things cheap. Hard to beat under $2 per pound. Maybe some boneless turkey breasts? Something like this: https://howtobbqright.com/2019/11/21...turkey-breast/
If you had another grill running it wouldn't be hard or expensive to cook up a mess of chicken legs, thighs, or hindquarters. But you would probably want to run those hotter than the pork butts. You can usually find chicken in some form for around a buck a pound.
Hot dogs are cheap too. Just throw them on the grill as the rest of the dinner is getting on the table and have them ready for the kids.

I of course love smoked meats of all kinds, but also like quick cooks like chicken portions, pork tenderloins, steak and fish. Really into cooking of all kinds.
My outdoor kitchen has a Lone Star Grillz Adjustable and it is wonderful. There also is a Pit Boss 5 Burner Ultimate Griddle and a Pit Boss Copperhead pellet grill.
There is an outdoor fire pit that has grilling capability and limited Santa Maria-style grill raising and lowering.
FireBoard 2 Pro
Anova Precision Cooker
A whole pork loin can cook in an hour and a half to two hours at 325-350 while the butts rest and will serve 20+.

That is going to be a lot of pork butt for 50. You could do ribs. I typically do tri-tip and ribs or tri-tip and butt. I smoke my tri-tip though which is much different than others do. You can cook beef ribs or brisket on the same cooker.
