I must admit that I am disappointed in the members here. I thought you were all a bunch of nice people.
This week I found a pork belly at Costco. 11#. Took it home cut it up and brined some of it. Smoked it this morning and then cut a few strips off and fried it. Amazing!
Why am I disappointed in you all?
Because none of you told me how darned good it is!

do not encourage these people!!!!! I am still trying to lose weight or at least not regain any of what I lost. I can tell by the recipe that the items are great. Don't get them to make me start drooling.
