    Demonstration of pure bliss.
    Then giving it to someone else to enjoy. What could be more pleasurable than doing that. Whats not to love about a job like yours.

    I'm a true admirer of your skill. To create dishes that look great, taste great, and on the scale you do them is incredible. You're like a great conductor leading his orchestra through a beautiful symphony. I still like my job more. Yesterday I bought light bulbs, carried in a few pieces of wood for the fireplace, and threw some mothballs under the shed to see if they will make the skunk that lives there move. After that it was time to sit back and contemplate the virtues of a good straight bourbon on ice. I guess it's that "stay active after you retire" thing kicking in.

      Amen to that! A nasty wildland fire kicked off last night here in NorCal and slicked off 10,000 acres in about 6 hours. All I gotta say is good luck boys and girls and be safe.

                  just trimmed 300lbs of brisket for a pretty big cook...my hand and a half are KILLING me. Going in the pit tomorrow. You do it daily. Kudos to you.

                      It is great that I am not the only person that likes to work in the office. For example, I like working in the office. I work in a serviced office in Singapore, and there is all condition you will need for productive work. Also, our team is very great. We are like a family there and help each other. Whenever someone needs help, I help because when I need help, someone else will help me. I think that for creating such a team, there needs to be a great environment. It is all because everyone has their own workspace and space for communicating.
