    Labor Day Weekend

    Spent some time cooking for friends over the weekend. Brisket, pork, ribs, and chicken were on the menu. Briskets and chicken were cooked on the offset, ribs and butts were done in the Shotgun Smoker. Eight briskets, four racks of ribs, four butts, and two chickens. Here's a few pics.
