First yield. You have to doctor them a bit, but when your dying for sweet corn its better than canned!

Jesus Christ!!! and I didn't get an invite????? WTH. IF it involves chilis, it is mandatory to invite me. Check the pit rules, I'm sure it is in there somewhere.

10 more minutes to bake on the glaze, and they are ready to eat

Mr. Bones I think this is the new "Standard" for me. I put a rub on them, ran them at 200 to take on some smoke flavor, then ramped it up to 325 for about 20 minutes, brushed on the glaze, gave it 10 more minutes, flipped and glazed the other side, and they turned out about perfect! The Jalapenos are always delicious, albiet not as spicy as I would like.. but when you have kids and a wife.. you either take the risk of losing a spicy one, or you just do them all the same..

When I slice them lengthwise like that, I leave the stems on half and leave the ribs and seeds in, clean out the other ones. That way, the ones with stems are easy to differentiate as the hot ones.

That is a good idea. I will have to do that next time. I like my poppers without seeds, keep most of the ribs in. The seeds aren't that great of a texture.
