They’re funny. Picanha is the greatest ever. "This is better than Picanha" is said is nearly every non-picanha video.

Ha! Just did my first one a week ago. Don't overcook it! Med-rare is great! Keep track of muscle fiber direction so your final slices are across the grain or it could be a little chewy. It should have great flavor so don't mask it with a lot of "stuff". Salt (+ a little pepper) is all you need. A little chimichurri on the side is a nice touch. Enjoy!

I'm thinking 225 for 60 90 min and then reverse sear in a cast iron pan about 2min per side.
