Meatloaf, when I was kid my mom would make it for the Sunday dinner and then my brothers and I would get for sandwiches until gone, typically Wednesday. The ketchup tar on top was the worst. I make it but always with a red sweater on under protest.

I have no problem cooking chicken but hate the prep. You have to treat it like toxic waste, making sure you don't cross contaminate your house with salmonella, then oddly you eat it. And I might add without a hazmat suit. 😀
