It's that time of year, tons of pumpkins and I was thinking of trying to roast my pumpkin seeds on the Weber and add a little smoke. Has anyone tried this? If so, any recommendations on seasonings as well as temperature, etc for the grill?
I did some acorn squash seeds a few weeks ago on the Weber kettle after I finished cooking, as it was cooling down. I just rinsed them off, put them in a throw away aluminum pan with some salt and granulated garlic. My four year old and I loved them. Definitely give it a try.
