zombi ketchup canning

So I made a bunch of sauces and my wife canned them. My wife was telling me that the zombie ketchup doesn't go in the refrigerator after canning. Can someone tell me this?

Now I have an Anova sous vide, the Dragon blower and 2 Chef alarms from Thermoworks.

If it is canned you are good to go until you open it.

Was the catsup made in accordance with an "approved" canning recipe? Did the boil time get adjusted for altitude?
