My wife has FINALLY made krupcrockers for me. I won't bother with the recipe, look it up. But it is basically a paste made from grated potatoes stuffed with salt pork that is then boiled in the water squeezed from the paste. Sounds like SV to me. On the other hand, she also made some glug to go with it. That helps a lot. (Just be sure to take the next day off from work.)
