    Gravy pan reccomendations

I have a Broil King Keg, similar to a large BGE. I use a BGE platesetter for low 'n slow cooks including Thanksgiving spatchcocked turkey. What do you BGE or Keg owners use as a gravy pan when making Meathead's gravy recipe.

Thanks in advance for any help.

I too have a Broil King Keg. I use a small foil pan, you can get them at any grocery store. They work great. When you take them out you can put it right on the burner to make the gravy.

**I would get rid of that place setter that Broil king makes. Its a joke when compared to others on the market. I bought a BGE place setter that fits perfectly in the KEG. Its much thicker and works a lot better. You will be amazed at how much better the KEG runs with a thicker place setter. I bought my BGE one, used, on Craig's List for about $40. Lava Lock makes a good one too that I know works well. (Link is below)

Perfect. Go with the aluminum pans for the drip pan, if you have it, I often use a stainless one that works great and eliminates the waste. lbyer

No Problem! Let us know if you have any other questions. What kinda fuel do you use for your KEG?

I use the plate setter with drip pan and grid above setup a lot on the BGE. So a few years back I got a couple stainless paella pans: http://www.paellapans.com/Stainless-Steel-s/32.htm

We got the 14" size, which works with the large BGE. You can use them as a drip pan, for paella and lots of other things. The best part is that they're incredibly easy to clean.

Problem solved! using Broil King diffuser with flat aluminum pan on top. Aluminum foil roasting pan on top of that for gravy. All set for spatchcocked turkey. Take a look...
