BBQ cook log-saw it once and now can't find it!

Hi folks,
I am enjoying the wealth of knowledge here on AR and since joining have purchased a PBC to complement my gasser. Two PBC cooks so far (ribs and chicken-both good results). Somewhere in the AR site I saw a link to a PDF file for a BBQ log. Would someone please point me in the right direction to the link. Looked again, but can't find it. And/Or does someone have an Apple compatible spreadsheet for recording cook details. Thanks in advance.
