While thinking about putting the smoke generator on the gas/ charcoal powered UDS. I got to thinking about how everyone hangs meat in the new fangeled redneck cookers, and how rotisseries are claimed to be good for chicken.
I am always looking to up my game and want to improve my chicken. One of the claimed benefits of rotisserie cooking is that the bird is "basting in it's own juices while rotating". I imagine water sloshing around in a tire after reading that, but I am smart enough to know that isnt the case. So here is my question...
Does anyone hang their chickens upsidedown?.. and does it make that big of a difference?
