Ken ( CeramicChef ) I keep mine in the kitchen prep area where I can make a mental note of target temps before taking off on the long hike to the PBC. These days, I find that I sometimes lose mental notes ... so perhaps I should rethink my strategy. Huh? What was I saying ???
MBMorgan ... It appears you are starting to get "Sometimer's Disease". I've had it for a few years now. I think Jon Solberg has it too. He seems to lose his keys often. Sometimer's disease is when your short term memory starts slipping a little once in a while.🤔 It's not Alzheimer's but similar.😎
