    Temperatures and or sanitation. Why are so many of these companies having these issues? Incompetent help, no systems to follow, not enough staff...

      Crap happens. Not an excuse, just the reality. I talked to a guy who worked in a candy bar factory and they threw away thousands upon thousands of pounds of product each year because of single positive each time. We are also producing three times more food than we were 70 years ago.
