Like my father taught me back in high school. On his days off, leftovers go into a big pan with some eggs. I am 59 and back then there were no options - eat or be hungry. I always ate.
Oh believe me they was in thurrr..... lol. Just a little thinner than sometimes. Man. I'm thinking that sounds good... I might needa go get me some more crawfish and make that tonight....
For me, Japanese curries, moles, etc. always take the 'tastes better than it looks' awards. This particular Japanese curry from a restaurant nearby (image taken from Google) is really stunning, though definitely no looker. If I might say, it actually looks even worse in person 😅
