    I just read my email from Huskee and John the March Show us what you are cooking. Man does that look like one of the best submissions of food pictures this month? Or is it just because I have been stuck inside too long in the snow and ice to use my grill?...lol Anyway congrats to all the cooks on their submissions. That to me was one of the best monthly posts I remember.

    Some really great cooks in that newsletter. Great pictures...

      I made a few of those awhile back, but judging by the plating, photography quality, and the quality and diversity of the cooks, I'm guessing it'll be a while before "Chicken Dave" makes it back into the newsletter. I'm not complaining, by the way. All great choices in the newsletter.

      Maybe I'll break out the Cannon EOS, the good lens, setup a photo back drop, get the flash dialed in and do a portrait "blur" then let AI make an exotic "but somewhat blurry" background and see what happens!

      Reminds me. I should probably check the flash's batteries. Don't need a DuraLeak battery happening.

        Yes, I thought in the past I submitted some really cool cooks but none made the letter. Maybe I will try again this summer

      It really was good. But we have some high end cooks in this place too.
