I've been smoking meats on various smokers using gas, charcoal, and wood pellets. I just purchased the Pit Boss Pro Series 6 from Lowes. Before I throw a bunch of trout filets on the grills, I would like to purchase some Teflon grill mats to place the filets on. The grills in this exclusive Lowes model are close to 13" W X 21" L. The most common mats are 13" W X 15 3/4" L. Do any of you know of a source that sells 13" X 21" mats or can custom make them for me? I could use the common ones and overlap them, but I would rather use some that actual fit my grills.
