Roughly 15. Not sure what type of outside cookers you have.

    chicken florentine
    chicken enchiladas
    tamale casserole
    chili
    cheese steak sammys
    roasted chicken/bbq chicken
    spaghetti
    pulled pork sammys
    pork or chicken bowls
hobo joes (gr. beef, veggie medley, cubed potatoes, wine, butter, s&p, dry herbs - wrapped individually in aluminum foil and baked at 350d for 45 min. Last 3 minutes, opened and slice of cheese placed on top)
chicken divan casserole ( cubed chicken, cream of chicken soup, curry, broccoli, cheddar cheese, durkee onions)

              Thanks for all the suggestions!

All of the soup, stew, and squash suggestions gelled in my head into beef, bacon and butternut squash stew with some mushroom wild rice. If the weather is nice I’ll hang it in my Dutch oven over the Breeo, and if it’s not so nice I’ll let the Weber have it.

              Awesome crowd and ideas.

October is coming up, so maybe beer braised brats. Easy to cook a bunch.

No idea what we had for sides….but who cares.🤤

Definitely Brunswick stew! I smoke the meats for it myself, pork butt and chicken thighs. My friends, family and dealers always ask for me to make it in the fall.

Chili. Tough to beat a bowl of red.

Ribs and a spicy pumpkin, corn and bean stew. Cornbread. Both meat eaters and veggies alike love that stew.

I mostly make Bone in Rib-loin when we gather a crowd.. Pre-smoked brined porkchops 2nd and Pulled Pork comes in third on the list.. For christmas it's always pork ribside whole
