    Thanks for the suggestions everyone. I figured I'd circle back with the results, and as it turns out I've tried more than I thought. Of the things that were suggested above:

    Have made:
    Pastrami
    Baltimore Pit Beef
    MMD
    Simon and Garfunkel
    BBBR
    Mrs. O Leary's Cow Crust
    Alabama white sauce
    Bacon - in fact I have a 3lb belly curing right now.

    Things I need to try:
    Pork belly Bahn Mi
    Jerk Chicken
    Fried Chicken
    Chris Lilly's double smoked ham
    Honey Butter Roasted Cabbage
    Texas Butter Beans
    Dolly's Lamb Rub
    Sheep Dip
    KC Style BBQ Sauce
    Texas Mop Sauce

    Pastrami is the one I use the most. I’ve read most of them, sometimes to get ideas, sometimes to reinforce a method or idea. 👍👍

      So many great ones listed above. The free side is what got me hooked on AR over a dozen years ago.

      The pulled pork recipe is what got me first making proper barbecue. I spent hours studying the brisket recipe before I first attempted it, and it’s always come out great.

      Meatloaf is fantastic. Prime rib is to die for. And no thanksgiving is complete without the turkey recipe!

      Add in all the rubs, sauces, and side dishes and I’m darn near ready to start my own restaurant just on AR recipes!
