Perfect Dish For the Next Team Cook!

SheilaAnn I’d like to suggest a new, to me, recipe for the next team cook. I’ve made this before and it’s absolutely delicious! In fact, I now make it 2-3 times a week. Simple but oh so good!

I think I'll sit this one out, but I sure look forward to your pictures for the Team Cook.

Finster The link is actually worth clicking. Good for a smile and a chuckle.

I've done it. Hardest part was selling the dirty woks on FBMP.

        Epic! Love it!

I bet the chicken, beef and fish work well with all the other two dozen ingredients in that recipe.

The charred onions is the key!

My favorite recipe of hers is jackfruit.

Panhead John Only 2-3 times a week? My family says this the most delicious meal they've ever had, they demand it every night!

David, when I cook it I always have leftovers so I DO eat it every night!

Ha! My wife sent me this one a couple weeks ago. I love when she goes out to the grill that she forgot to mention at the beginning!

In line with SheilaAnn's souvlaki recipe, about 10 years ago the ex and I had dinner at a great Greek restaurant. Their specialty was moussaka and it was amazing.

I was determined to try and recreate it at home and found a recipe that seemed to match up well. What a job! A ton of prep work and par-cooking, very much like this video.

The result was really, really good, but it was about 6 hours of work from start to finish. I'd do it again, but it will have to be a special occasion.

CaptainMike agreed! But the reward is worth it. Greek Lasagna!

SheilaAnn I need to add that I also roasted a leg of lamb for the meat layer of the moussaka. That was a whole cook in itself!

Perfect parody vid, especially that sappy music.
