              “Pan masa de pizza, hamberguesa casera premium 250g, cebolla caramelizada, champigñones, mozzarella, tocino y tomato grillada.” So about a 10 oz burger.

              Mozzarella, huh? I thought for sure it would be like a queso fresco. Then I looked up Chilean cheese and saw queso chanco. And the website stated it was close to Muenster.
