I have eaten muskrat and woodchuck which are plentiful up here in Michigan and they are both very good. All they do is eat greens just like a rabbit or any other Herbivore. They are very mild and both taste similar to rabbit. Also quite a few squirrels. Friends ask me what game I like best thinking I will say pheasant or partridge but I tell them in order squirrel and rabbit. Both better than the birds although I hunt the birds the most.
