BBQ Stars

Over the holidays I've had time to peruse the BBQ Stars videos. One person says to do something one way, another says to do it the other way. Some of the tips passed along seem to conflict with the things we've learned on this site that prove some long-standing ideas are false. It leaves me confused. The pitmasters in these videos are quite accomplished. I guess what I'm saying is to take everything with a grain of salt and trust your instincts

I really like Malcolm Reed. But with that being said, I have learned more from this forum then I could dream of learning anywhere else.

I trust Malcolm Reed and his recipes as he keeps most things pretty simple. He doesn't believe in a lot of 'extra steps' to get great results.
