I was perusing some of our nutrition program's articles this evening and went down a rabbit hole of the academic preparation needed to be called a Registered Dietitian. It is quite rigorous, much more than I expected. Like organic chemistry level rigorous. This makes sense as in the United States, the title of RD or RDN is protected by law, the same as calling oneself a pharmacist, nurse, or doctor. (Curiously, the title 'nutritionist' is not protected by law. Anyone reading these words can call themselves a nutritionist in the United States.)
In any case, I was looking at the exam and various ways of prepping for it and there are several software packages available. One of the most popular ones is.....wait for it....
Visual Veggies.
Isn't that just the cutest?
