My conference group has a conference in Singapore this fall, so we've been researching things for marketing purposes. We ran across this (alas) now-closed coffee shop that invented Sweet Rain Coffee:

A spindle of cotton candy is suspended above a cup of coffee and the steam causes the candy to melt and drip into the coffee.
Here's a video of it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FiI-GSRgWrw (Granted, in the video, it looks like the candy is falling off in large pieces rather than dripping like rain, but near the end of the video it does appear to be doing that.) Pretty snazzy.
