    The technique to run the temperature probe through one meatball and into another to monitor internal temp worked before.

        Sorry ... don't know. It's just a stock Thermopen photo from the Thermoworks site. The recipe might be found there, I guess.

        I did that with chicken skewers for 60 kids and 40 adults. Was soooooo tired of stabbing chicken chunks!! Pizza next year.
