Okay so this is a sort of subset of SUWYC and since I can't create a new topic there I'll do it here. I'm a pack rat and keep all of the photos of my cooks both old and new. The year was 2018 and we were going to have a fairly large party and I remember we had a bumper crop of pomegranates that year. I decided to do Pomegranate and Orange Glazed Quail with a mess of fixins'. Camera was my iPhone, still amazes me how a phone can take such great pictures.
