Get back to cooking outdoors regularly. I’ve been really busy and outdoor cooking has slowed a lot. I miss it and need to get back to it as much as I can. It’s good for the soul.

JCBBQ I’m always looking to cook more. I cooked an acceptable amount during 2023. Next up is a fresh batch of hot sauce - I’m down to my last bottle.

I have a new griddle coming. Peppers n onions n shrooms are high on the list. Also up my breakfast game esp pancakes w/snausages. Smashburgers, phillyChee steaks, and the list goes on. Start a journal. Too many times I find myself saying "What to Cook?"

STEbbq it is a "Victory". Same as my gasser, I am completely happy with except made in PRC. Got them from BBQGuys.
