    Fresh Express has issued a voluntary recall of a Fresh Express Spinach, 8 oz. size, with product code G332 and use-by date of December 15 and Publix Spinach, 9 oz size, with product code G332 and a now expired use-by date of December 14 due to a potential health risk from Listeria monocytogenes.​--

            Never met a spinach I liked. Sifting through MRE packets and only had one spinach meal to discard.

            Thanks for getting the word out!! The incubation period of Listeria can be months.

              Thanks for this! I have two bags of Fresh Express salad blends in the fridge right now since they're presently a BOGO item. I don't remember if the sale included spinach or not.

                Oh no. First it was cantaloupes and now spinach. I just used some last night (well washed and cooked) for dinner. Not the Fresh Express brand, though. And not from Publix. Whew.

                  The solution is simple. Quit eating vegetables. Eat meat. Animals eat vegetables, which are incorporated into the meat.
                  And, around here, culled fruit is often also fed to animals. Ergo...

                    A co worker and me are doing an experiment in January........full carnivore diet. I have been Keto for years, so the transition won't be that hard, but it will be interesting. I am thinking I am going to get really lean once I cut out all veggies and everything else but meat!
