Hi folks. It looks like Quaker is doing a huge recall of many types of granola cereal and granola bar products for possible Salmonella.
They are offering what looks like a refund, but it appears that it will come in the form of coupons. I just put in a claim for two boxes of granola and one box of chewy bars coated in chocolate (that's what I get for buying candy bars disguised as granola). Info you will need is the UPC code or a general description of the product name and how much you paid for it.
They will need a picture of the product or the receipt. Here's mine:

The website for doing this is quakergranolarecall.com. They have a full list of the products covered in the recall. The site is really clunky once you get to the part for claiming your refund. Of note is that it will tell you to attach the photo using the paperclip icon, but the first time that comes up all you have is a picture showing the icon and you have to hit "next" again to get a live paperclip. That one stumped me for a bit.
