Michael_in_TX sorry all that is leaving for south Louisiana, I've got 30lbs for myself I'm smoking tomorrow. If we fill up my vertical smoker it will hold at least 60lbs. We were used to smoking 16 pounds at a time.

Grills:
Weber 22" Kettle Premium w/Slow N' Sear 2.0
Pit Barrel Cooker
Grilla Grills Chimp
W.C. Bradley & Co. Char Kettle CK-115 ~1980s Vintage Grill (inactive)
And just this afternoon I was thinking I really need to inventory my freezer.....especially as I found leftovers from the last brisket I did that I had forgotten about!
Here is the disaster as it currently stands:
The idea was the bottom recycle bin was to be beef, the top one (they are stacked) chicken and pork. The left white bin was to be fish and the right bin was to be steaks I used frequently (skirt, flank).
Now I got sausage mixed in with the fish....and bread dough mixed in with the steaks....and a random frozen container of pickle juice dead center (that's the green thing at bottom center).
I need to start over.

MAK 2 Star pellet

Fuego gasser
Pitboss ceramic griddle
Eastman Outdoors wok burner
Ooni 16 pizza oven
Cast iron chimenea with pizza steel
Breeo smokeless fire pit, with Titan rotisserie and Titan Santa Maria style adjustable grate

IMHO, this is an extremely rude thread. I would not ask your bank balance, whether you own shares of BRKA, whether you have a cleaning lady.
I have enough freezer for my meat!!
If I knew how to do an emoji, I would.

Shame and embarrassment prevent me from taking/posting pictures of the content of any of my freezers! They kind of end up being the refrigeration equivalent of a "junk drawers" in my house.
That said, the one in the garage has a big old hunk of boneless pork shoulder than I'm saving for a rainy day, as well as some pizza dough and a couple of ribeyes. The rest is stuff for the kids - nuggets and what not. The freezer in the kitchen is mostly kids' junk too.

- If not cooking outdoors, I am cooking on the stovetop with my 14" carbon steel wok, 12" CI skillet, or in the oven with my two Lodge CI pizza pans, or two dutch ovens. I've also got a nifty Lodge carbon steel grill pan that rocks for veggies outdoors.

Gallon and half gallon, all the way down to the smallest Gatorade bottles, fill with tap water, give em' a lil squeeze and you have dead air space filler also travel (non messy) ICE.

Mosca I've been working through meat in the deep freeze over the past several months. That chest freezer was literally packed solid to the top 2 months ago. The garage freezer that is just ice cubes is a fridge that is normally used for fermenting beer. I make ice in the ice maker in between batches, and use that ice in the cooling process on brew day. The messy top freezer with brewing supplies and random crap is the beer/condiment/spillover fridge for the one in the house.

Alan Brice the ice cubes are something I make in that one fridge in the garage for use in a recirculating immersion chiller on days I brew beer, and for use in coolers, etc. Then the fridge gets used to ferment beer and the freezer is too warm for making ice.

We only have the freezer on the fridge. Seems to be plenty for us. Never seems to get completely full. I keep on top of what’s in there and rotate the contents out consistently. Really nothing picture worthy. Wifey keeps saying we beed another freezer. In fact we had an offer of a free one just a couple weeks ago. I say, for what? We passed on it.

Probably a good move. Our "Free" stand up model is huge but tends to frost over way too soon. The shelving is the coils. Bungee cord holds the door shut. Right now it is a space saver so I will have a place to put the new one that will take its place. We can never have enough freezer space. Otherwise I would have been an "oinker" on $2.99 brisky at Costco a cpl days ago.

I almost got to show you a completely empty one. Some how, the plug came unplugged. Fortunately, I was getting out some snacks for last night's game and noticed they weren't frozen hard... Meats were all still frozen hard, but that would have been a serious bummer if I hadn't noticed..
