I did a defrost and rearrangement. I think I have to eat about another week’s worth of steaks for breakfast (middle bin) to get the space I need to order from Porter Road. There are some spare ribs in there I can make this weekend, and I have one Click Akaushi chuckle in the far left, as well, for next week. Then that rack of baby back ribs that doesn’t fit on the vertical (there are racks hidden in the space where it looks like they could go, on the right) and I should be okay. I want to save that brisket, though.
