It is actually not bad at all. For someone smoking BBQ in the 1970s, this would probably make them the star of the neighborhood. I was pleasantly surprised at the number of international recipes.

Interesting on the "Armenian" marinade. I cannot believe that there were a lot of Armenian's in Arkansas in the 50's or even now. I live in Glendale, CA (La Crescenta proper) and we have the largest Armenian population outside of Armenia. I'll have to show this to my Armenian friends and see if it is close to any marinade they've ever made.
