As always, I am super impressed with the culinary skills displayed by Pit members. Everyone who posted a cook was passionately inspired and inspirational to those of us who did not. Seriously, I’ve never been remotely associated with such an gathering of incredible outdoor and indoor cooks and I’ve learned a ton from each of you. It was my humble privilege to host this no holds barred, rudderless event and y’all again showed your qualities. Kudos and thanks to everyone who posted, commented or replied.

Thanks for hosting this event. Fantastic entries by everybody involved. The plating skills were a notch above, I learned lots. Looking forward to the next one, whatever that will be.
