He's a goofy dude but we like to watch two episodes of Good Eats on The Cooking Channel every night before going to bed. Really like the food science behind it. Probably why I enjoy Kenji's book The Food Lab and the Serious Eats website as well.

My only disappointment with his new tour is that there are no meet-and-greet tickets. My wife and I got to meet AB during his first tour. What a nice guy.
