New sprayable Wagyu Beef Tallow from South Chicago Packing Company. I've read this product does not use aerosols of any type, only air pressure is used to spray this product and no chemical propellants, additives, or CFCs in this product! It's pricey at $15.00 a per 7 oz can, but I'm going to give it a try soon.

We keep about two pounds of beef tallow in the fridge from past briskets. 3 kinds for different use.
Plain is cut and rendered on the stovetop.
Smoked is cut and rendered with the cook.
Spiced (salt and pepper) separated from the drippings.
For me, 7oz for $15 is pretty steep for the convenience of a beef tallow spray.
Having said that, if they make one with bacon fat, I will use it as a deodorant. 😂

I have a sprayable duck fat that I’ve been using on potatoes. Similar fat in that it’s saturated and solid at room temp.
dunno how it works, it just does.
