Good morning fellow Pit Masters. Had the week off and since I don’t go anywhere 😞 it was the perfect time to get the big guy back in action. And to celebrate its 7th birthday. Yup. I’ve had this bad boy seven years this week.
Here we have two 6lb chuck roasts and three 4lb boneless pork butts. The butts were seasoned with Killer Hogs “The Rub”. Love it on everything pork.
And the chuckies got some now very rare Henrik 's Beef Rub. Yes I actually had some left. Well not anymore. 😬😁
Got it fired up around 6:45am and the meat on at 7:40am.
