    Hash it Out

    I’ve seen a lot of posts recommending “hash” for leftovers. Seems like anything can be hash and searching around hash can be, well, anything. What, to you, makes something a great hash? Potatoes? Onions? Egg? Some traditional ingredient? A cooking method? Seasoning?

      when I hear hash I think potato and leftover meat and onion. Other than those ingredients I honestly never thought about it.

          One of my favorites is sweet potato, chorizo, and walnut hash. I serve it with chops, and brown butter sage gnocchi.
