This article is mostly accurate. We smoke almost anything once.
Korean BBQ is a big thing in the Dallas area. Another example is Joe Yim on Youtube. He is on with Jeremy Yoder and Chud's a lot of times. Indian BBQ is outstanding and become more common. I'm familiar with these because of Korean and Indian friends. I currently working on Japanese recipes for the smoker. I look forward to posting results in a couple weeks.
