I seem to have so many, just wondering if anybody else is in the same boat.
My list: Dairy including cheese, milk, ice cream, almonds and slight reaction to other nuts, bell peppers, high fiber foods, additives such as nitrates, sulfate preservatives, red wine, beans...... These have been confirmed by blood tests. Ugh!

I’m lucky that I do not have food allergies. I know that nitrates give me heartburn to beat the band. But sometimes I eat a hot dog or ham sandwich and pay for it. The heart wants what the heart wants.
not a proven allergy, but just thinking about coconut makes my mouth sweat like I’m going to 🤮
