Happy Easter everyone! We are hosting for Easter. 22 Aunts, Uncles, Nephews, Nieces, Brothers, Sister, Wives, Husbands, sons, daughters, and friends. The weather should be nice and sunny here but chilly. Will be able to cook outdoors.

Man! That is one heck of a spread,OG. Inlaws always do ham. I SV'd a flat, so Kim n I will enjoy a cpl days of beef then ham on Sunday.

Sounds absolutely delicious and like a great day with family!

We usually do a big Easter dinner too with my wife’s family - usually a dozen plus. Not this year. My wife’s younger sister had her first baby a couple days ago, and they live out of state. The in-laws are off visiting their newest grandchild, local sister and family are staying home, so it’s just my wife and two kids I’m cooking for this year.
