Current cookers Weber Spirit 3 burner with a full insert griddle added. A 22" Kettle with vortex, SnS and a Smokey Joe. The most recent addition is a Pit Barrel Jr with bird hanger, 4 hooks and cover. ThermoWorks Smoke 2 probe, DOT, 2 ThermoPops and a Thermapen MK4. A Thermoworks RFX Gateway 2 probe meat thermometer.

I used the hatch flakes on the waffle taters. Nice kick, as usual I overdo it. The seasoned salt didn't allow for any taste of the pepper but sure didn't hide the heat. If all goes well Sunday I'll be cooking outside, something. I'll definitely look to hit it up with this. The Mac and Cheese will be for another day
On the same line of thought. Last time we were at T.J.'s I bought Mac and Cheese Bites. Mac and Cheese in a bite sized ball in a batter. Cook in the oven at 425 for 15 minutes. I had them today for lunch. Thank Nancy for reminding me I had them. Really good. Ingredients say jalaepeno and chili pepper. There was a small hint but the cheese, oh the cheese. Sorry no pictures.
