Got a pork loin at Costco a week or so ago. Believe it was 7 3/4 pounds and was $4 off so I think the final price was around $13. We cut it into thirds and should get 3 delicious meals out of it. Seems like if you want your protein and want to save money pork loins and chicken hindquarters are the way to go. If you shop around both of those can regularly be had for under $2 a pound and sometimes down in the $1 a pound range.
