WSM 22.5", Pitmaster IQ110, Weber 22.5" Kettle with SNS, Weber 14" Smokey Joe.
I'll most likely be cooking indoors since rain is in the forecast. Probably braised ox tails since I bought some last weekend. Air fryer jerk wings and whatever else jives at the time.

First criteria is all cooking, and related activities, must be complete by 2:30. With that in mind, I'm thinking maybe some wings for the early game, and meatballs for the late game.
SWMBO also wants sausage cheese dip. All of that should be easily kept warm to serve as wanted, so the only interruptions during the games will be for the beer rental process.

Retired, living in Western Mass. Enjoy music, cooking and my family.
Current cookers Weber Spirit 3 burner with a full insert griddle added. A 22" Kettle with vortex SnS and OnlyFire pizza oven. A Smokey Joe and the most recent addition a Pit Barrel Jr with bird hanger, 4 hooks and cover. ThermoWorks Smoke 2 probe, DOT, ThermoPops and a Thermapen MK4. 3 TempSpike wireless meat thermometers.
Did the ribs and jalapeno potatoes which were a bust. I think I know why but that's for another channel. Ribs were delicious, brined with Meatheads Pork Rub overnight. I'll be adding a nacho concoction too for Sunday. Ribs, nachos, beer, wine and football. A pretty solid Sunday. Oh, my wife is dragging me to another furniture store in the morning. The goal is a 3rd couch/loveseat she'll be comfortable in. 2 in 2 out. After 49 years going on to 50 in August, I have learned to pick my battles. Those I could win. This is not one of them.

I did the Mac and Cheese from the Food Lab. I was married with 5 of the 7 step-children living with us at the time. There was 7 bowls of uneaten macaroni with a partial mouthful of somewhat chewed macaroni on top the uneaten stuff. One of us maybe made three bites before spitting it out. Better a furniture store than a Flea Market or 2 or 3......

Favorite beer: Anything that's cold!
Favorite cocktail: Bourbon neat
We’ve settled on fresh Italian sausage cooked in red sauce with peppers and onions in the slow cooker. I’ll serve with a choice of pasta on the side or on rolls. It’s just me and wifey today. But I have a wood shop day planned before football starts so no time for cooking. She took a fall the other day and is a bit gimpy so not up to banging around the kitchen. Nice and easy.
