      Up until 2009 I was a competitive pro powerlifter. Fairly decent too, 6th in the nation in one of the weight classes I competed in. To make that weight class I became well acquainted to prune juice...just thinking about that stuff now makes me gag, lol. The things we do to remain competitive.

        I enjoy prunes but have never had the experience of prune juice. And what is prune juice anyway? Isn't it plum juice? I've never heard of raisin juice.

          Good comment. After all, aren't prunes dried plums? So how do they get juice from a dried fruit? Squeeeeeeze haaaaaard, I'm guessing.
          Maybe they soak and squeeze--and add more water.

        • ¼ cup Grand Marnier
        • Juice of 1 lemon
        • 4 frozen prunes
