Besides some bread and pizza kits making today, obviously those are not just a fall thing at our home. I’ve been wanting to dive deeper into a making my own treats. As a type 1 diabetic,I eat very little of the bread etc that I make, but I’m always wanting a very small yet decadent option for a treat, whether just a small truffle for dessert, or when having a low. Today I finally took a step in that direction. Lemon curd has been on my list for awhile, and this is my second run on homemade marshmallows, I have some bigger plans to use them as part of a layer. Now to use them

I love cooking with wine. Sometimes I put it in my food.
One cannot have too many grills.
Dude....You have truly become the Master...The rest of us are mere Grasshoppers. (in reference to a 1970's TV show for the younger folks) I do hear mastering Lemon Curd makes one a Culinary Sensei.
